I’ve always been interested in the psychological domain, especially in understanding the context in which we make our decisions; because everyone’s choices make sense within their lived experiences.
I like to think of myself as an eclectic, holistic therapist; making sure all aspects of your life are accounted for in treatment, because as much as we come to therapy for the individual, the truth is that we do not live in a vacuum. To change is to include and honour our many facets as a whole person. I strive to offer a cool and very human experience, where there is room to be unfiltered and raw.
